(“Opticca Consulting”). This privacy policy describes how Opticca Consulting collects and uses the personal information you provide on our Sites and Platforms, and it also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The Way Opticca Consulting Uses Information

Opticca Consulting may utilize a merchant gateway for payment processing on our web properties. Credit card information is not visible to any persons or people at Opticca Consulting. If you choose to use merchant gateway payment option to pay for your training course, its privacy policy and security practices will apply to your information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Opticca Consulting.

 

Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients

 

Occasionally Opticca Consulting collects information under the direction of companies that employ us to do so (“Clients”). Opticca Consulting has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of its Clients. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by the Client that uses our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. Opticca Consulting may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

 

Access and Retention of Data Controlled by our Clients

 

Opticca Consulting has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Opticca Consulting’ Client, who is the data controller. If requested to remove data Opticca Consulting will respond within 30 days. Opticca Consulting will retain personal data that we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Clients. Opticca Consulting will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

 

When Opticca Consulting Shares Your Information

 

Opticca Consulting will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. Opticca Consulting does not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

Opticca Consulting shares your information for business purposes only on a need-to-know basis and only with: (a) its own employees and affiliates; (b) the Client from which Opticca Consulting received the information; (c) Opticca Consulting subcontractors and consultants that have agreed to safeguard such information in a like manner to the way that Opticca Consulting safeguards such information and that have signed confidentiality agreements with us; and (d) other entities authorized to have access to such information under applicable law or regulation. Opticca Consulting does not share non-public individually identifiable information with third party marketers.

 

Opticca Consulting may disclose your information to protect our rights or property, to enforce our terms of use and legal notices, as required or permitted by law, or at the request of government regulators or other law enforcement officials and the courts (including the issuance of a valid subpoena). When you enter sensitive information such as login in credentials, Opticca Consulting encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Opticca Consulting displays personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our Platforms in addition to other endorsements. In some cases, we may not be able to remove information in a testimonial, in which case we will let you know why we are unable to do so.

Opticca Consulting offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog, please contact us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
